Situational Pick
NBCP
If you specifically want a wired budget controller for PlayStation and PC, this NBCP model looks feature-rich for the money and clearly targets that use case. The catch is thin manufacturer documentation for this exact model and a lack of strong independent review coverage, so it is safer as a value gamble than as a no-risk recommendation.
Best suited to a narrow use case where its strengths outweigh the compromises.
