The DualSense Edge Midnight Black is a premium first-party PS5 controller aimed at players who care more about customization and repairability than value. It's a strong fit for competitive or enthusiast PS5 users, but the high price and short real-world battery life make it harder to recommend for casual buyers.
Best suited to a narrow use case where its strengths outweigh the compromises.
