Solid State Logic
The SSL 2 MKII looks like one of the stronger premium-leaning 2-channel USB interfaces if your priority is clean capture, easy operation, and SSL’s desktop feature set rather than maximum I/O. Reviews suggest the MkII update meaningfully improves usability and monitoring, but it is still a focused small-studio interface rather than a do-everything production hub.
A strong product when its specific strengths match your setup and priorities.
